Our priority is to provide a safe place for teens to gather and be supported. BTC does periodically rent out our space to support funding our mission. General pricing is listed below. All rentals require a deposit and signed rental agreement to reserve a date.

Please note, BTC does not have an event planner. It is the responsibility of the renter to coordinate all vendors.

If your event proposal is accepted there will be a non-refundable down payment on your rental fee. Depending on the size and scope of your event, BTC will recommend the services of external event professionals to help you execute your event (the BTC does not provide event planning services).

BTC is a popular venue for hosting events such as bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, and receptions.  This includes the exclusive use of our main level which includes a game area (ping pong and pool), cafe, tv/lounge area, gymnasium, and 2 lane bowling alley (for an additional fee).  The rate for this package includes a 3-4 hour event window with additional set up and break down time and is limited to 150 people.  Please note: The party is responsible for set up and breakdown.

This rate is for a Saturday or Sunday late afternoon/evening. Monday-Friday private parties packages may be available during summer months, but are typically not available during the school year.
