As teens walk into the BTC, they open a door to new experiences and new opportunities. The BTC is dedicated to improving academic success, giving all youth the skills they need to become the leaders of tomorrow, exposing kids to the world of art and music, giving them a safe place for social recreation, keeping them fit and healthy and giving them a place to take safe chances for new experiences and opportunities. Volunteers play a critical role in supporting BTC programs which are developed to achieve our mission by helping our teens learn and grow in positive ways.
Below is a list of some of the areas where volunteers are needed.
Volunteers should also feel welcome to propose new and different activities/programs which they feel can benefit the BTC.

Before beginning your volunteer experience, you must attend a Volunteer Orientation Session where you will also receive a Volunteer Handbook. All volunteers must agree to a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check .
