The BTC is proud to partner with RPM Athlete Performance to introduce KnowledgeFit to the Brookline Community.
At RPM, we believe that everyone is an athlete and therefore can train like an athlete. KnowledgeFit is intelligently designed group training for athletes of every skill level. Whether you are a Varsity team starter, just starting a sport for the first time, or playing pickup games after school, the KnowledgeFit program will bring improvement to your game and life from day 1. These programs are high energy and challenging; overseen by an experienced coach, we keep the groups small so everyone can receive attention on form and technique, improving your abilities and keeping the training environment safe.
This winter, we will be running two different sessions of KnowledgeFit, one session from Thanksgiving to Christmas and one from the second week of January until the beginning of March. Sessions will be sold online as singles, packs of 5, and packs of 10 sessions. The prices for these different options are $22/$100/$180 respectively. Sessions are good for up to 6 months after purchase, so if your vacation schedule prevents you from attending all the classes in the session, your classes will carry over to the next session! Athletes are welcome to attend either or both classes available each week (Middle School and High School respectively). We request signing up for a class at least 24 hours in advance, but walk ins are always welcome.
