Middle School Mondays is a chance for middle schoolers to come and enjoy the various spaces within the building. They are able to have freedom in engaging activities as well as utilize the space as they see fit. BTC is looking for young individuals who show great pride in helping the youth.

Job title: Teen Youth Leader

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work directly with youth (6th,7th & 8th graders):
    • Build relationships and function as a role model
    • Lead engaging group activities
  • Provide supervision throughout the building ensuring safety
    • Set limits as needed on behavior
    • Positively reinforce good behavior 
  • Assist in the cafe as needed
    • Rotate through the cafe with other teen staff to sell snacks
    • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area
  • Assist at the front desk as needed
    • Use Mindbody database to check in members and create new membership scan cards
    • Provide tours for potential new members 
    • Welcome and check in middle schoolers as they enter
    • Maintain cleanliness of front desk area
  • Other duties as assigned
