Alternatives to College Fair

Why have an Alternatives to College Fair?

Some students decide that college is not the right fit for them, but until now there has not been an event that brings together quality businesses (that treat employees well and promote from within), state and federal organizations that hire high school grads, community colleges that offer certificate programs, and nonprofits that provide job training.  Come to the Alternatives to College Fair to talk with that business that you have always dreamed of working for, or to learn about jobs or training programs that you may not know exist but could put you on a path to a great career.

Description

Representatives from businesses, training programs, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations will be on hand to talk with teens and young adults about employment and training opportunities available to them after high school.
